We can offer management, support and advice for staff off sick, returning to work after ill health or staff at work with health problems affecting their ability to do their job.

Assessments are available for staff off sick to support return to work and for those at work to help them remain at work.

Equality Act (disability) advice assessments help you and your staff obtain the right advice in relation to adjustments required to ensure compliance with disability legislation, whether this is at the post job offer stage or following a health problem which has led to a disability.

We can also offer telephone assessments where a person cannot physically attend the workplace to offer the same practical advice on supporting return to work.
